Philip S. Spillane
Phil returned to Vermont in 2000 to become a partner at Bell Financial Services, later renamed Bell Wealth Management. In 2010, he became sole principal of the firm, which was originally established in 1961. Phil is experienced in financial planning and investment strategies.
A 1980 graduate of the University of Vermont, Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and later earned an MBA from Suffolk University. Graduating first in his class, he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma scholar honor society for collegiate schools of business.
Holding the professional designation of certified financial planner™ professional, Phil is a registered representative and general securities principal with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. He is also an investment advisory representative (IAR) with Cambridge Investment Research Advisors, Inc. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.
